From My Heart Cards

You are about to place an order for cards.

1.   Complete this form to place your order. Please complete any sections that relate to the type of card you are ordering.

2.   Please include any special notes or questions in the additional comments area.

3.   Please email your un cropped-High Res photos to: info@frommyheartcards.com and write "photo for (your last name) order" in the subject line. Click here to go to Photo tips.

4.   I will email you within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will also receive an invoice for your order through pay pal.

5.   I will email you a proof of your order within 48 hours. Please review the proof and let me know what changes need to be made. (removing red-eye, changing the pictures to black and white or bronze, and cropping are included in the basic setup fee).

6.   After I have received your payment, and you have approved the final proof, your order will be printed.

7.   Your order will be completed within 5-7 business days.
